Andy has been involved in professional football for over 30 years as a player, scout and chief executive. He has worked for Coventry City, Cambridge United, Spurs, QPR and Southampton in addition to being Chief Executive at Shrewsbury Town. He has also been involved in running successful businesses in leisure, electronics, management training and public relations.

Andy has also had valuable experience in the recruiting of staff in the business world, bringing years of experience to The Scouting Network's newly formed recruitment service for clubs throughout the professional game. Andy also carries out scouting assignments for the company, both at senior and junior level, still finding time to coach youngsters at all levels in his spare time.
